1985年から活動しているドイツの大御所POP PUNKバンド、DIE SCHWARZEN SCHAFE！
（ディ・シュヴァルツェン・シャーフ）、通称DSS！
フィンランドのKLAMYDIAとsplitをリリースしていたり（しかも7インチバージョンと12インチバージョンありでコレクター泣かせ）、ドイツのあの INCOGNITO RECORDSの記念すべき一発目リリースを飾ったり、かの有名な333 x Up & Downシリーズでもリリースしていたり、とEURO POP PUNKファンなら掘っていく過程で一度は通るバンドだと思います。
独特のメロディーに母国語歌詞の力強いボーカルが相まって、我々は黙って拳を突き上げることしか出来ません。
そんな彼らの日本編集盤が誰に頼まれるわけでもなくSP RECORDSからリリース！
ユリア～ユリア～と連呼する極初期のPOP PUNK名曲から涙無しには聴けない失恋ソングまで、彼らの24年間の間にリリースした音源から19曲をチョイスしてぎゅっと詰め込んだDSS入門編にふさわしい1枚になっております。
