AMAZING TAILS comes from Northern Finland town, Oulu. They started in 1989 with former members of IRSTAS and VIVISEKTIO. Amazing Tails was one of the first "American style" melodic hardcore bands in Finland. This genre was rather unknown and unpopular in those days in Finland, years before Green Day and Offspring made it big shit. Amazing Tails were influenced by American punk and hardcore bands like Ramones, Husker Du, Minor Threat, 7 Seconds, Dag Nasty and Descendents.
They did couple dozen gigs in Finland and Sweden and recorded three 7" EP's and 12"LP in 1991~1994. Amazing Tails broke up in 1994.

Japanese SP Records released Amazing Tails discography in 2008 included their unreleased 2nd album Daydreams for Adults. They activated in 2009 with two new members from pop punk band HEMMINKI P. Amazing Tails has played couple gigs after that. Human Error 7" EP is their first recording since 1994.
